Year 6 Science fun at Discovery Park

On Monday 5th June, Year 6 were invited to The Discovery Park in Sandwich for a morning of scientific fun! The class took part in three workshops and finished the morning with an exciting science show with ‘The Professor’. In the workshops the class learnt how to extract DNA from a kiwi fruit, performed chromatography with felt tip pens and explored rainbows using Skittles and a prism!
It was a fun and rewarding morning.
