Deal Parochial’s Tennis Dedication Awards

22 children were deservedly presented with the school’s new Tennis Dedication Awards during assembly on Tuesday 12th December. These certificates recognised the children’s great commitment and improvement in playing tennis, either during after-school tennis club or at lunchtime.

Supervised tennis play at lunchtime is available to all the pupils at the school and has proved extremely popular since its introduction in September. It routinely attracts 20+ children (spanning across all years) each lunchtime. Jack B (Yr 5) with Reuben and Lilie Mae (both Yr R), pictured below, topped the charts for their lunchtime tennis attendance and commitment. Well done!
