Girls’ Football: Deal Parochial 0 Warden House 2

The girls’ football team played Warden House on Thursday 22nd March in their final league match of the season.  Although they lost 0-2, I feel it was their best all round performance this year.

The whole team played very well, with great energy and enthusiasm; in particular, both Alisha’s and Ruby’s work rate in midfield was amazing. Also worthy of special note was Kaitlin’s excellent goal line clearance in the closing stages of the match.

I was very proud of all the girls – their commitment and sportsmanship was outstanding. Well done!
