Year 5/6 Mixed Cricket Competition at Betteshanger Cricket Club

On Friday 15th June, eight of our year 6 pupils took part in the mixed cricket competition at Betteshanger Cricket Club.

It was a very sunny day and Charlie, Ellie, Olivia, Kai, Ashton, James, George and Nicholas all played some fantastic cricket against tough opposition in  Sibertswould, St Margrets and River A Schools. They finished 3rd in their round robin group and then played River B in a playoff match.

The children showed brilliant sportsmanship, leadership and a positive attitude, along with some great cricketing displays, in all their matches. Well done everyone.
