Dinosaur Day at Deal Parochial

Following on from our History Day yesterday, today was “Dinosaur Day” at Deal Parochial.

The day started with assembly. – This was full of dinosaur facts, as well as providing a chance to meet a baby Velociraptor named Jack, and a young Tyrannosaurus Rex called Sophie; naturally, the children were very excited.

The day continued with the children learning about herbivore and carnivore types of dinosaurs, as well as fossil hunting.
