Boys’ Football Fixtures at Kingsdown.

Kingsdown 1    Deal Parochial 3

Deal Prochial contested the Crickson Cup 1st Round against hosts, Kingsdown, on Tuesday 4th December.  In cold and wet conditions, Parochial took the lead in the 10th minute before Kingsdown equalised just before half time.  In the second half, Deal Parochial went up a gear,  producing some amazing football to go 3-1 in 4 minutes. Our goal scorers were Harry C, Makenzie and Che.  There was excellent team work and great sportsmanship by all.

A friendly match took place after the Crickson Cup match, with both schools fielding children who don’t normally play in school matches. This was a very entertaining game, in which all the children participating enjoyed themselves throughout. Deal Parochial came away with a 1-0 win, thanks to a single goal by Charlie. Once again, there was excellent sportsmanship throughout. Well done boys.
