Christingle Service 2018

On 19th December, Year 3 led our Christingle Service which included blessings from Reverend Flewker.  The children in Year 3 lit Christingles during our collective worship ‘A Peaceful Christmas.’ They spoke about the Christmas story and the birth of the Prince of Peace and explained how Christian Aid is working towards bringing peace to many people around the world.  We sang carols and prayers were said for our school, our community and for those around the world less fortunate than ourselves. Our thoughts are with you all at this time of year.
