RDA Fundraising Day

On Monday, 27th February, the school were lucky to have some very special visitors to school.  Lexi, a National Blind Dressage Champion came to school with her very special guide dog,  Unique.  The children learned all about what it was like to be blind and how her disability has not stopped her in any way.  We were all particularly impressed that she could even ride a bike!  After a really informative question and answer session, the children all had the opportunity to watch Lexi do some dressage on our school field.  At the end of the session, some of the children were introduced to Bomber, her horse and ask more questions about riding.
