Pilgrims Hospice Art Competition

Recently, our school was invited to take part in an art competition for primary and secondary schools in East Kent. This has been organised by Pilgrims Hospices in conjunction with The Beaney House of Art & Knowledge.

Five of our children took up the challenge of producing a piece of artwork that expresses their individuality, showing what makes them special and unique.

As you can see, the artworks are of a very high standard and have now been taken for judging.

Shortlisted entries will be exhibited in The Front Room at The Beaney in Canterbury from 21st March – 17th May 2020. It is expected, that in this time, the exhibition will be seen by over 10,000 visitors.

Winners will be chosen by a judging panel with an additional ‘People’s vote’ prize, as chosen by the visiting public.

We wish all our entrants the best of luck.
