Wins Either Side of Half-Term for our Girls’ Football Team.

Our girls’ football team has celebrated two recent league wins.

Before the half-term break, on Tuesday 7th February, we played Kingsdown in a closely contested match. A well taken goal by Ella, in addition to a goal-line clearance, resulted in Deal Parochial winning 1-0. Special mention must go to Fleur who was playing her first match for Deal Parochial; she and Amira, together with Amelie in goal, gave a fantastic defensive performance – well done.

Then straight after half-term, we went to Warden House on Tuesday 21st February. All our girls played extremely well and with good grace, winning 9-0. Savanna and Olivia scored their first goals for our team, in addition to a goal from Chanel and a double hat trick from Ella. There were also very strong midfield performances from Tabby and Erin. Well done everyone.
