Year 3 have a Fantastic Time at the Tim Henman Tennis Festival at Deal Indoor Tennis Centre.

On Wednesday 4^th May, our Year 3 class joined with 150 children from five other Deal schools for a fantastic festival of tennis at the Deal Indoor Tennis Centre.

The Tennis Centre was filled with a great hubbub of excitement throughout the whole afternoon as the children had fun rotating around six different tennis-related activities in their school groups.

The children (and adults) were also very excited to meet Tim Henman; as well as helping the children with their tennis, Tim happily joined many groups for photographs.

 

It was just a fantastic afternoon, and children and adults alike, came away buzzing with enthusiasm and excitement for tennis!
