Factory Visit of the British Hovercraft Company (BHC).

Following on from our Hovercraft STEM Project in March (see: https://youtu.be/JHWCq66xq34 for a photo and video montage of our project), our Y6 class was delighted to visit the British Hovercraft Company’s factory in Sandwich just before half-term.

 

Our Y6 pupils thoroughly enjoyed the informative tours, with several of them deciding that they would like to work for BHC in the future!  The tours were a fantastic firsthand insight into the worlds of engineering and manufacturing for them.
